Iqraa Bookshop – Online Return & Exchange Policy

At Iqraa Bookshop, we take great care in packaging and shipping every book to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Because our products are shipped directly to you, and to protect against return abuse, we only accept returns in limited circumstances as outlined below.


1. No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to change of mind, ordering the wrong title, or deciding you no longer want the item after purchase. All sales are final unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.


2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and must be requested within 7 days of delivery based on the tracking confirmation date.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

  • Books must be returned in brand-new condition – unused, unread, unmarked, and undamaged other than reported defects.

  • The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

    • Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks)

    • Special orders or pre-orders

    • Clearance or discounted books

    • Gift cards


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

  • Upon approval, we will issue a replacement of the same title at no cost. If unavailable, store credit or a refund will be provided.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item (if required) is received and inspected.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.


5. Return Shipping

  • For approved returns, Iqraa Bookshop will cover return shipping only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • All other returns (if exceptionally approved) are the customer’s responsibility and must use a trackable shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.


6. Non-Compliance

  • Any return request outside the stated timeframes or conditions will not be accepted.

  • Iqraa Bookshop reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet this policy.
