  • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

  • Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods (e.g., sales, holiday seasons).


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.

  • Delivery time estimates begin after the order is processed and shipped.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days after dispatch.

    • International: 7–21 business days after dispatch (varies by country).

  • Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.


3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipping.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

    • Customs clearance delays

    • Weather conditions or carrier issues

  • Some items may not be available for shipment to certain countries due to import restrictions.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

  • We are not responsible for delays or extra charges caused by customs processing.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and damaged items.

  • If your tracking shows the package as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first, then notify us.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
